The cozy and perfect couple's cottage offers a breathtaking unobstructed view of the sea and sea stacks. the location is conveniently close to the airport, making it a great starting point for exploring the Faroe Islands. Anita and Trondur provide excellent communication and helpful assistance. the dining table by the floor-to-ceiling windows allows for romantic meals while enjoying the stunning views.

We had the pleasure of staying at the View Villa and it was an unforgettable experience. Trondur and Anita, the hosts, were absolutely wonderful. They put so much care and attention into the property and its facilities. the kitchen was well, equipped and the shower was excellent. But the real highlight was the breathtaking views from both inside and outside the villa. We loved sitting in front of the floor, to, ceiling windows, sipping wine, and watching the sunset over the water. the beds were comfortable and we even had some adorable sheep and ducks as our visitors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Can't wait to return!

The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry to Mykines, hiking trails, and local markets. What I loved about The View in Bour was the charming and cozy decoration. The hotel had a beautiful rustic feel with traditional Faroese architecture. The common areas were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate the attention to detail in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. It was easy to navigate through the hotel, even for someone like me with limited mobility.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly, I think having a dedicated staff member to help senior guests would have been beneficial.

The View offers stunning views of the sea stacks from the cottage closest to the sea. the spacious and modern interior, along with the fully functional kitchen and excellent bathroom, make for a comfortable stay. the hosts, Trondur and Anita, are warm and welcoming, adding to the enjoyable experience. Perfect for families looking for a relaxing and magical stay.

our stay at the cottage in bour was amazing, but our experience at view villa was even better! the location was stunning, with unobstructed sea views and a quiet atmosphere. the cozy house had everything we needed, from comfy beds to a wonderful shower. we loved the adorable sheep and ducks who visited us every day. the attention from the owners, anita and trondur, was exceptional. we can't wait to come back!

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, and reliable Wi-Fi at The View. The comfortable beds and stunning views were a bonus.

The View Villa exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cottage we stayed in was beautifully designed with traditional Faroese architecture, and the interior was modern and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, including an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedroom may have been small, but we were able to push the beds together for a cozy setup. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the Faroe Islands and easy access to Gasadalur, Lake Sorvagsvatn, and the ferry to Mykines. We also enjoyed the company of the friendly chickens and sheep that visited us in the morning. this was one of the most memorable and enjoyable places we've ever stayed at. We can't wait to return.

The pillows and beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, as we prefer slightly firmer pillows. Additionally, there were no signs or clear check-in instructions upon arrival, which made it difficult for us to find the property, especially since our cell service wasn't working.
